We try to keep things as local as possible and change dishes on the menu regularly to keep things interesting. We grow our own hydroponic salad, organic fruit and vegetables in gardens around the resort, which means a lot of what is on your plate has been picked today, just outside the kitchen. We make everything ourselves in house, fresh to order, in a clean, state-of-the art kitchen, using modern techniques to preserve the nutritional value in our safely prepared and healthy ingredients.
